Please ensure that campers are aware of noise curfew between 10:00pm–8:00am

All staff need to be made aware of emergency procedures:
In the event of an emergency, the Camp Host will sound the alarm. All campers must gather at the closest flag pole, either in Meadow Camp or Main Camp.

We understand that groups forget items from time to time and your Camp Host will do their best to help with any requests that were not arranged prior to your arrival for an additional fee.

To ensure proper check out and to avoid a cleaning fee please inform campers to:
  • Take trash out of all rooms and bathrooms and place in outside barrels
  • Restack all tables and chairs in meeting hall
  • Close all windows in buildings
  • Sweep/pick up any large items
  • Check for items/gear under beds and in shower stalls
  • Turn lights off
  • Lock doors

Immediately report any building damage to Camp Host. Any damage not reported upon arrival will be charged. Upon departure the Camp Host will conduct a walk-through of buildings and meeting hall.

Turn in packet and keys to Camp Host. There is a $10.00 fee per lost key.
I understand that a cleaning fee of $150.00 per building will be charged to our account if the above procedures are not followed.
